With the foundation of the Vicenzi Group in December 2005, the Research and Development department was transferred to the Bovolone factory: this department is dedicated to researching the application of new ingredients and developing new products or technologies, such as the shelf life extension of all snacks and bread products, or the expansion of the “All Natural” product range, preservative-free, artificial colouring and flavouring-free and no OGM.

The company’s goal is to continually satisfy consumer needs in line with the belief that its customer loyalty has always been the company mission’s leitmotiv.
